By booking services with Mini Van Hire Delhi, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms

Mini Van Hire Delhi acts as a travel and transportation service provider for vehicle rentals, hotel bookings, tour arrangements and related travel services across India.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Travel itineraries provided on the website or through communication are indicative and may be modified due to operational requirements, weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to schedules, routes, hotels or transportation arrangements in the interest of passenger safety, comfort and smooth tour operations.

Pricing Policy

1. Rates are based on current fuel prices, hotel tariffs, taxes and operational costs. 
2. Prices may change without prior notice due to government taxes, fuel price revisions or supplier changes.
   
3. Toll taxes, parking charges, interstate taxes and permits may be charged extra unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions. 
   
4. Time and kilometer calculations may be considered from garage to garage depending on the service type. 

Vehicle Rental Terms
Vehicle Usage

1. Vehicles are provided with professional chauffeurs only. 
2. Vehicle availability is subject to prior confirmation. 
   
3. Once the vehicle leaves the garage, applicable charges will apply whether fully utilized or not. 

Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply for:

1. Toll taxes 
2. Parking fees 
   
3. State entry taxes 
   
4. Additional usage beyond agreed timings or kilometers 
   
5. Late night driving or special route requirements 

Booking & Confirmation

1. Your booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. 
2. All bookings are subject to vehicle and service availability. 
   
3. For hotel bookings, flight tickets and special reservations, full advance payment may be required. 

Advance & Balance Payment

1. An advance payment of 30% to 50% may be required to confirm the booking. 
2. Balance payment must be completed before the start of the journey or service.
3. Bookings made close to the travel date may require full payment in advance. 

Payment Methods

1. Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) 
2. UPI & Google Pay 
   
3. Credit & Debit Cards 
   
4. Cash Payments 
   
5. Additional bank charges may apply for card payments.

Vehicle Usage

1. All vehicles are chauffeur-driven only. 
2. Time and kilometer usage may be calculated from garage to garage. 
3. Extra charges for toll tax, parking, interstate tax and permits will apply unless included in the package. 
4. Extra vehicle usage beyond agreed timings or itinerary will be charged additionally. 

Cancellation Policy
Economy & Standard Vehicles

1. 45 days before travel: 25% cancellation charges 
2. 30 days before travel: 30% cancellation charges 
3. 15 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges 
4. 7 days before travel or No Show: 100% cancellation charges 

Luxury Vans, Coaches & Imported Vehicles

1. 45 days before travel: 40% cancellation charges 
2. 30 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges 
3. 15 days before travel: 75% cancellation charges 
4. 7 days before travel or No Show: 100% cancellation charges 

A minimum service charge may apply on all confirmed bookings in case of cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after receiving written cancellation requests by email. Refund timelines may vary depending on banking procedures and supplier policies.

No refund will be provided for:

1. No shows 
2. Unused services 
3. Last-minute cancellations 
4. Partially utilized tours or transportation services 

Vehicle Breakdown & Delays
All vehicles are regularly maintained; however, delays or changes may occur due to:

1. Mechanical breakdowns 
2. Traffic conditions 
3. Weather conditions 
4. Road closures 
5. Natural disasters 
6. Political disturbances 

In such situations, we will try to arrange an alternative vehicle or support as quickly as possible depending on availability and location.

Liability & Responsibility

Mini Van Hire Delhi acts only as a service provider and shall not be responsible for:

1. Flight or train delays 
2. Loss of baggage or personal belongings 
3. Accidents, sickness or theft 
4. Natural calamities or force majeure situations 
5. Delays caused by traffic, weather or road conditions 

Passengers are advised to arrange suitable travel insurance for medical emergencies, theft, cancellations and personal risks.

Passenger Responsibility

1. Passengers are responsible for:
2. Carrying valid ID and travel documents 
3. Taking care of personal belongings 
4. Maintaining cleanliness inside vehicles 
5. Avoiding any damage to the vehicle 
6. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse will be chargeable to the passenger.

Complaints & Support
In case of any issue during the journey, clients are requested to inform our office immediately so that prompt assistance can be provided. Complaints raised after completion of services may not be entertained.

Our support team remains available 24x7 for emergency assistance.

Jurisdiction
All disputes related to bookings or services shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
